Nutri Source Small and Medium Breed Puppy is a dry puppy food with chicken as the lead ingredient, built on a rice and oatmeal base for clean, consistent digestion. The formula excludes animal by-products and whole corn, which keeps the ingredient list straightforward and easier for young digestive systems to handle. The 1.5 lb bag is sized for evaluation or supplementing current supply without committing to a large bag.
Key Features
Chicken as First Ingredient: Real chicken leads the formula, giving small and medium breed puppies a quality animal protein source for muscle and tissue development through the growth phase.
Rice and Oatmeal Base: Two digestible carbohydrate sources that are gentle on puppies whose digestive systems are still developing. Both provide steady energy without disruption.
No Animal By-Products: The protein sources in this formula are straightforward. No by-products in the ingredient list means a cleaner formula that is easier to evaluate.
No Whole Corn: Corn is absent from this formula, making it a better fit for puppies with grain sensitivities or owners who prefer a cleaner ingredient list.
Complete Nutritional Profile: Contains all the essential nutrients a small or medium breed puppy needs through the growth phase, without gaps or supplementation required.
1.5 lb Bag: A manageable trial size for buyers getting to know the formula, or for breeders who want to introduce it to a litter before ordering in volume.

Why Choose This Food
Chicken First, Clearly: Chicken being the first ingredient means the primary protein is exactly what it says it is. That matters when you are feeding a young dog whose needs you want to meet precisely.
A Grain Base That Works for Sensitive Puppies: Rice and oatmeal are among the most tolerated carbohydrate sources for dogs with sensitive stomachs. For small breed puppies prone to digestive upsets, a gentler base is the right call.
Fewer Ingredients to React To: No by-products, no whole corn. A cleaner ingredient list makes it easier to identify what is and is not working if your puppy shows any sensitivity during the transition period.
Small Bag for a Clean Introduction: Starting with a 1.5 lb bag lets you introduce the formula gradually and see how the puppy responds before you stock up.
A clean, chicken-first formula in a size that makes it easy to try before you commit.
